Stop Animal Cruelty
I know not everyone loves animals but treating them badly is wrong. If you are abusing animals or know someone who is, you should do something. In most states it is illegal and you can go to jail.
There are so many people who are killing animals. For Example billions of chickens are being killed every year. Farmers are raising chickens for eggs and food then killing them. Farmers have reasons but it’s still not right. Those reasons are males are not needed, hens can’t lay for their whole life and some are raised for food. Statistics show that over fifty billion chickens are killed a year world wide.
Another example is dog fighting. Dogs are becoming very hurt and can die. Dogs aren’t meant to fight. People are going to alleys and abandon houses and digging holes so the dogs can’t run away during a fight. The reasons for dog fighting are entertainment and profit. People are improperly clipping the ears and tails to limit areas that another dog can grab during a fight. Around sixteen thousand dogs are killed a year but the numbers aren’t 100% accurate.
Animal cruelty is wrong. If we work together we can make a difference. We can limit or even prevent all the deaths that occur every year for no reason.
